The international relations network has been and continues to be a central aspect of ESADE, allowing the exchange of students, lecturers and information at the highest level. At present over 100 universities and business schools from around the world form part of ESADE's international exchange network. ESADE is currently the European one of the business schools with the most extensive exchange network in Latin America.
Exchanges are a challenge. They imply living in another country with a different culture, being in contact and working with teams of people different from us; encountering other problem-solving approaches, with different methodologies, systems and perceptions. They also represent mastering at least one foreign language and discovering how other people see the world. It is an ambitious adventure which undoubtedly helps students to acquire abilities and skills that only an international outlook can offer.
